In Pakistan yes, The burger joints faces the same obstacles and challenges, they have to make sure that the taste and quality they provide is good.there are too many food stores in Pakistan but still they lack the taste somewhat. The market is also increasing day by day.

As a consumer the taste and value of meal is mainly considered as, if the quality and taste is not good then its a waste of money. safety and health should be considered because this very important in food industry. hygiene must a priority.

yes, it seems like they too focused on brand name rather than to consider their processing and operations.they were only focused on the ambiance rather than the management that will really push them to make the name in the market, they were focus on the out look rather than internals of the business, they hired a consultant to for the improvements of the business.

The promotional activities that mark did, he had a ”protest” against the local MC Donald’s store nearby their first store. And on another occasion, he had a discount burger day, and also he had a free burger day. The design of the second store was significantly different to the ”fast food” look and feel of the first store. it was friendlier, more modern, and was more spacious. It created clear expectations for the amount of time that customers needed to wait for ”real food”. The seating area were more comfortable and the overall atmosphere was more exiting and interesting. And in marketing aspect they get attention by a reality TV show in the UK on channel 4 known as ”risking it all”. By all of these activities firm trying t build their name in the market and provide the best hygienic food t the people in town.
